Peckham’s vegan scene is really flourishing! More and more restaurants and vegan menus are popping up (check out our ultimate veggie & vegan guide) and we are loving it! The newest edition is Kingston Kigali. Run by friends Stacy and Salma, Kingston Kigali brings homemade plant-based vegan food from Africa and the Caribbean to Peckham Levels.

Kingston Kigali, the name inspired by 2 capitals - Kingston is the capital of Jamaica and Kigali the capital of Rwanda started life as a pop up in and around SE15 and is now one of the food kiosks on Level 6 of Peckham Levels.

Their spicy vegan menu includes dishes like coconut curry chickpeas, jerk lentil stew, Mac & Cheese as well as Stacey’s mum’s homemade samosas.
