Who fancies doing yoga in a sling dangling from the ceiling?

Aerial Fitness has come to Peckham! Flying Fantastic has opened an aerial fitness studio in the Lidl Car Park in Peckham, where you can take part in Aerial Yoga classes!

So, what exactly is Aerial Yoga? Well, you basically practice yoga positions while you are suspended from the ceiling wrapped in a low hanging sling. Why? Apparently practising Aerial yoga allows you to move more freely by counteracting gravity, allowing you to increase your flexibility whilst also releasing tension on the bones and muscles.
