South East London Supper Club is a creative and sustainable SE London based supper club run by vegan cook and caterer Sophie Gordon.

South East London Supper Club combines a love for seasonal fruits and vegetables, British grains, local producers and community spirit. We were lucky enough to get a space at their last supper club and it was a truly brilliant night - amazing food (and lots of it!) and a lovely atmosphere, the set up of the tables and layout was also really beautiful. Every last detail of this event has been carefully considered and meticulously planned by Sophie and it really shows!

The next South East London Supper Club will take place this weekend (November 3rd).

Here is what you can expect from the night:

Entry from 6:30pm onwards, first course approx. 7:30pm, event finishes approx. 10:30pm

You will be welcomed with a bespoke kombucha cocktail using South East brewed Kombucha You'll be able to sip on your cocktails whilst a live act/band will be playing. Think acoustic soulful sounds.

Course number 1 will then be presented as you mingle. You will then sit down to enjoy another 4 courses, including dessert. Each course will be served sharing style, focusing on 5 seasonal vegetables, 1 fruit + 1 grain. Each dish will use the whole vegetable (or fruit) making sure to incorporate every little bit, those so-called scraps are no more! All food left over will be donated to a chosen food bank in South East London.

This month, the supper will be held at cosy Louie Louie on Walworth Road, a short walk from both Elephant and Castle and Kennington station. A quaint cafe during the day, vibey bar + restaurant by night. A beautifully lit and contemporary space, perfect to spend an Autumnal Sunday with us. They pride themselves in serving the best quality local wines, spirits and beers, as well as having some of the best chef residencies throughout the year.

This event is not BYO alcohol. After your arrival cocktail, you will be able to purchase a variety of alcoholic beverages, carefully selected by Louie Louie, as well as non-alcoholic drinks too.
