For the next edition of Overtone we’ll be heading down the road for our first Friday night party. We’re extremely lucky to be welcoming K-LONE and Gigsta to Rye Lane. Wisdom Teeth boss K-LONE has established himself as one of the most impressive DJs and producers in the UK techno scene. Recent releases on labels Wisdom Teeth and Idle Hands exemplify his dub-wise, futuristic take on techno; whilst also exploring his influences encompassing tough bass-driven tracks and blissed-out UK Garage through mixes on Rinse FM and Crack Magazine. We’re also hugely excited to be inviting Gigsta, a resident for Room 4 Resistance and a regular on the Berlin circuit, she is known to dig deep over an expansive spectrum of genres, moods and tempos that take her round dance-floors across the continent. Her ‘Fictions’ show on Cashmere Radio expresses the conceptual depth in her approach to DJing and curation, with each show exploring a particular source of inspiration. Gigsta and K-LONE will also be joined by Overtone residents, Holloway, Simkin and Tayls. See you on the dance floor.
