Delivery cost: £3.00

We use standard Royal Mail signed for delivery service. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible - please allow 3-5 working days after your order is placed.

Should there be a delay or issue with your delivery, please email contact@southeast15.com for help in resolving the problem.

International Orders

Delivery charges are calculated based on the estimated size and weight of your items. Please email us so we can advise on your order; contact@southeast15.com

CANDLES

Please not- All candles orders are managed and delivered by the maker not SouthEast15.

Delivery cost: £3.00

Orders will be sent out by second class post. It can take up to 3 business days to post, so please allow up to a week for delivery. If you need your order faster, drop us a message and we will see what we can do!

ALL PRODUCTS; Returns

We hope you love your SouthEast15 Living product, but if for whatever reason you need to return it, do so within 14 days of purchase and we will happily refund you. If you wish to return your item please email contact@southeast15.com and we will advise on the process. Please note, products will be inspected upon receipt - items will need to be returned in their original condition (not used or damaged) and packaging for a return or exchange to be issued. We do not cover the costs of return postage, postage costs incurred are payable by you.

Refund payments will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods.
