OMG London's first plant-based milk machine from Minor Figures

YAH you read that right. The ever-popular zero waste shop BYO (Bring Your Own) in South East London has been so successful in its first year since opening that it has opened another shop, and, it has a Minor Figures plant-based milk machine!!

Consumers increased awareness and demand for plastic-free, sustainable and fair products promoted founder Laura Hipkiss to open BYO in October 2018 selling a variety of organic grains, pulses, nuts, dried fruits, pickles and spices - all without plastic packaging.

Demand for shopping more consciously and sustainably and shown no signs of slowing down, so Laura has expanded BYO offering by launching a new shop down the road BYO Household and BYO Grocery.

The original shop at 147 Evelina Road, Nunhead is now BYO Household - selling a range of household, bath and beauty products from independent and planet conscious brands. Down the road, you will find the new BYO Grocery selling a range of plastic-free pantry items like pulses, oils nuts etc. PLUS the exclusive launch of London’s first plant-based milk machine from Minor Figures. This new plant-based refill machine will sit well next to the popular peanut butter machine (so popular that they now have a second one!)

So grab your leftover jam jars, glass bottles, basically any reusable containers and head down to BYO in Nunhead to stock up on a whole load of plastic-free, sustainable, plant-based goodies! (Also grab a handful of fair trade chocolate buttons whilst you’re there).

BYO Household can be found at 32 Nunhead Green and BYO Grocery in the original shop at 147 Evelina Road
