Artusi is a minimalist, contemporary Italian inspired restaurant that serves up a simplistic and fresh menu scrawled in a chalkboard near the entrance. The menu is 'unfussy seasonal Mediterranean dishes' as described by the restaurant itself. The menu changes throughout the week with seasonal produce and fresh homemade pasta.

Prince of Peckham is one of Peckham's newest boozers. It launched in May 2017, replacing the Clayton Arms with a fresh new refurb and promise of live music and event nights - which it has since lived up to. The downstairs is a traditional style pub with a kitchen serving up Caribbean-inspired food run by White Men Can't Jerk – so why not head down on Tuesday with a mate or date and check out their burgers which are usually £10-£12 each.

The Waverley Arms in Nunhead is a lovely smart Victorian-style Pub that is over 100 years old. It has a lovely traditional interior and a cute little outside area with table and chairs. The Waverley serves gastropub food (plus BBQ food in the Summer) and real ales.

Sat beneath the arches of Peckham Rye station, Bar story is an unfussy, popular bar that has been around since 2003. This popular Peckham jaunt offers your Super Tuesday – you can pick any two pizzas for £10/£12! A fiver a pizza, can’t go wrong with that. Make sure you get down early as it gets busy.

Forza Win is a cool Italian restaurant situated in an industrial style former warehouse in Peckham serving up . Every Wednesday they offer a delicious midweek treat, a bowl of pasta, one meat and one veggie option and either a glass of wine or beer all for £10! No ticket required, just turn up.

WHEN: Every Wednesday

From the team behind Coal rooms and Spike & Earl Roastery comes Aside. A relatively new restaurant to the area, serving up seasonal European dishes. The restaurant is relaxed with whitewashed walls, simple wooden benches and an open kitchen so you can watch the chefs in action. The frequently changing menu is made up of small plates like ‘winter tomato, calcots and beef dressing’ (£9) and some more extravagant larger dishes like ‘Hake, wild garlic and pink fir’ (£18). The menu is on the pricier side so if you fancy sampling the food within your budget, then get yourself down there on Tuesday for the set menu!
