Vegan Rastarant isn’t a spelling mistake, but a nod to local owner Jahson Peat’s Rastafarian roots – his Rastafarian mantra ‘Eat not flesh’ has not only influenced his Caribbean inspired Vegan menu but also his mission purpose to educate those in the local community in which he grew up on eating a healthy vegan diet.
