No, we are not kidding. This weekend at Near and Far bar in Peckham Levels you can enjoy a Christmas brunch with your favourite pooch (or someone else’s). Near and Far bar will be hosting Club Puppicana; a delicious brunch by West Wine Kitchen who will be serving up vegan, veggie and meat options with coffee and tea, and enjoy UNLIMITED Mimosas and Bloody Marys for 2 hours. PLUS your pets can enjoy Pawsecco (or Bum Sniffer 'Beer'), unlimited doggy treats & more.
There will also be pop up doggy market selling boutique designer collars & leads, doggy pawtraits, organic food & other gifts!

Join Mike & Ollie in the vibrant Copeland Gallery for their annual South East Christmas Feast from the 14th to the 15th December.
You will be greeted with a boozy festive cocktail, before being seated for a bountiful three-course sharing feast. Delicious whole-roasted, spiced vegetables, delicately cured fish, wild and sustainably-sourced meats will be accompanied by fresh salads, pickles and our signature flatbreads. An irresistible sweet finish will conclude the meal, whilst fine quality wines will also be available. Vegetarians and vegans will be plentifully catered for.

Get crafty
Head to Peckham Springs for a bespoke wreath making workshop. Use your artistic talent to create a natural Christmas wreath using foliage, decoration and materials supplied at the venue.The class will start with a small demonstration on how to create the base of the wreath with ideas boards, then on to decorate with pine cones, cinnamon, fresh berries and more.

Head down to Pexmas…round 2
If you didn’t get the chance to make it down to Pexmas last weekend or you just loved it so much you fancy round 2… well it’s back at Peckham Springs this weekend for more festive fun.
There will be 40 artisan stalls of crafts, designers and makers from local independent boutiques, street food, bar, DJs and activities. Why not get a couple more festive weekends in before the big event!

Our favourite rooftop bar - the Bussey Rooftop has opened its doors for the first time this winter! And we think it is wonderfully romantic!
The Bussey rooftop bar has had a magical winter transformation - turning it into a cosy wonderland bar. From December 2018 - March 2019 visitors will be able to experience the dazzling skyline of London whilst enjoying wintery cocktails under twinkling pergolas adorned with fairy lights. We think this intimate setting would make the most perfect date night!

Go to a candle lit carol service in Peckham
If you fancy celebrating the true meaning of Christmas then head down to All Saints Church in Peckham for a festive candle lit carol service. Last year they had over 500 people across their services! There will be mulled wine and mince pies to enjoy the Candlelight Choir. They will also be holding a Carols by Starlight on the 23rd of December - a held service outside in collaboration with Bar Story and other local businesses along Blenheim Grove.
